2、采用水熱合成法制備了具有銳鈦礦晶型的Ti02納米管(TNTs),考察了水熱反應(yīng)溫度和焙燒溫度對(duì)TNTs形貌和結(jié)構(gòu)的影響.以具有雙官能團(tuán)結(jié)構(gòu)的有機(jī)分子2.巰基丙酸為偶聯(lián)劑,采用原位合成和在線組裝的方法將CdS量子點(diǎn)(QDs)負(fù)載于TNTs上,制得了CdS/1NTs可見(jiàn)光催化劑,研究了2.巰基丙酸濃度對(duì)CdS負(fù)載量和CdS/TNTs光催化活性的影響.結(jié)果表明,在水熱溫度為1500c,焙燒溫度為400oC的條件下,可制得管徑為8—10nm,管壁為2~3urn,管長(zhǎng)為數(shù)百納米的銳鈦礦型TNTs.經(jīng)CdSQDs修飾后,TNTs的吸收閾值拓展至580nnl
