1、天津大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文分子篩吸附劑在石化對二甲苯吸附分離裝置中的應(yīng)用研究姓名:張寶忠申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):化學(xué)工程指導(dǎo)教師:何志敏;冷家廠20061201中文摘要隨著材料科學(xué)的發(fā)展,性能優(yōu)良的分子篩吸附劑的開發(fā)和應(yīng)用范圍不斷拓展,并在能源、環(huán)境等重要領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮更大的作用。本文首先對分子篩吸附劑的發(fā)展歷程、主要性能及測試方法和重要的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)總結(jié)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對天津石化芳烴車間二甲苯的吸附分離進(jìn)行工業(yè)試驗(yàn)。研究結(jié)果表明,天津石化采用UOP公司新型ADS一27吸附劑,對二甲苯的純度由99.70%提高到99.89%,收率由97.5%提高到99.O%,獲得了先進(jìn)的吸附劑操
2、作數(shù)據(jù)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。此外,本文從工藝條件、控制系統(tǒng)、機(jī)械泄漏、吸附劑本身性能、床層壓差等方面進(jìn)行了全面、詳實(shí)的分析、研究,確認(rèn)吸附劑強(qiáng)度偏低和格柵局部損壞進(jìn)而造成個(gè)別床層壓差超高是根本原因。在不停車檢修的情況下,采取反沖洗方案緩解了運(yùn)行壓力,使生產(chǎn)得以延續(xù)。在檢修中,提出格柵修復(fù)、增加分配網(wǎng)、改變組件等可行的改進(jìn)措施,應(yīng)用到實(shí)踐中,解決了實(shí)際生產(chǎn)難題,同時(shí)為吸附劑的工業(yè)應(yīng)用提供了極其寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。關(guān)鍵詞:分子篩吸附劑對二甲苯工業(yè)試驗(yàn)ABSTRACTWiththedevelopmentofmaterialscience,well—performedmoleculai"sievead
