2、uPinghuiAbstractLandresourcesarethemainmaterialcarriersofthesurvivalanddevelopmentofhumansociety.DuringtheurbanizationprocessinChina,therapidexpansionofthecityformedahugedemandforlandresources,resultinginacontradictionbetweenthelanddemandandthefarmlan
3、dprotectionwiththeeconomicandsocialdevelopment.Undertheurgentprotectionoflandresources,thelimitationofurbanlandepitaxialsupplyandtheextensiveuseofurbanstockland,intensiveurbanlanduseisnotonlyaneffectivemeanstoeasetheconstructionlandcontradictionbetwee
4、nsupplyanddemandintherapiddevelopmentofurbanizationinChina,butalsothenecessaryneedstopromotethehealthyandsustainabledevelopmentforChina'scities.UnderthemacrobackgroundofUrbanComprehensivePlanningandLandUseComprehensivePlanning,thisdissertationattempts
5、tocombinethemeasurekeyfactorsofurbanlanduseeffective(urbanlanduseintensity)withtheregulationplanningofurbanlandmanagement(theregulatoryplan)fromthebreakthroughpointoftheregulatoryplan,whichhavegreattheoreticalvalueandpracticalsignificancetotheregulato
6、ryplanandintensiveurbanlanduse.Theevaluationmodelonintensiveurbanlanduseisbuiltbasedontheperspectiveoftheregulatoryplan,includingurbanlandusestructure,urbanlandinvestmentintensity,urbanlandusedegreeandurbanlanduseefficiency.TheregulatoryplansofEducati
