2、進步的重要信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。PC互聯(lián)網(wǎng)已日趨飽和，而移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)卻呈現(xiàn)井噴式發(fā)展。隨著寬帶無線接入技術(shù)和移動終端技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展，人們迫切希望能夠隨時隨地乃至在移動過程中都能方便地從互聯(lián)網(wǎng)獲取信息和服務(wù)，移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)運而生并迅猛發(fā)展。本文綜合考慮移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)可實現(xiàn)便攜式的優(yōu)勢和信息發(fā)布技術(shù)對信息可視化的特點，設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了一款基于安卓移動設(shè)備平臺的環(huán)境信息發(fā)布與采集軟件。該軟件利用無線移動通信鏈路建立數(shù)據(jù)鏈，從服務(wù)器獲取現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測人員需要查看的數(shù)據(jù)并以多種形式展示，如表格形式、柱狀圖、折線圖，便于現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測人員進行歷史數(shù)據(jù)的對比，并提供實時的現(xiàn)場信息反
