1、中國礦業(yè)大學(xué)成人教育學(xué)院2013屆本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)摘要滾筒采煤機(jī)是煤炭采掘的重要設(shè)備。是實(shí)現(xiàn)煤礦生產(chǎn)機(jī)械化和現(xiàn)代化的重要設(shè)備之一。因此，它對提高煤的采掘效率有著重要的影響。目前，采煤機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)已經(jīng)發(fā)展的相當(dāng)完善，但是在國內(nèi)采煤機(jī)技術(shù)和國外相比依然還比較落后。本次設(shè)計(jì)在吸取了前人經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)了大功率，適合于中厚煤層的采煤機(jī)。對于采煤機(jī)的截割部進(jìn)行了革新設(shè)計(jì)，采用強(qiáng)力耐磨型滾筒對稱布置，提高了割煤效果和滾筒壽命，降低截齒消耗量和用戶成本。機(jī)械傳動系統(tǒng)采用直齒圓柱齒輪和行星輪傳動動。故傳動效率高，容易安裝和維護(hù)，分別用兩臺250KW的電動機(jī)驅(qū)動兩截割部。截割部電機(jī)容
2、量調(diào)整范圍寬，其調(diào)整范圍為150～300Kw，通過調(diào)整截割電機(jī)容量，可實(shí)現(xiàn)一機(jī)多型。截割部采用四行星單浮動結(jié)構(gòu)，承載能力大，減小了結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸。采用大角度彎搖臂設(shè)計(jì)，加大過煤空間，提高裝煤效果，臥底量大。本次設(shè)計(jì)的采煤機(jī)采煤效率高，生產(chǎn)可隨不同的煤質(zhì)的變化生產(chǎn)不同的機(jī)型，市場適應(yīng)性強(qiáng).關(guān)鍵詞：采煤機(jī)、強(qiáng)力耐磨滾筒、截割部、彎搖臂、傳動系統(tǒng)51中國礦業(yè)大學(xué)成人教育學(xué)院2013屆本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)AbstractSheareisanimportantequipmentforexcavation.Itisoneoftheimportantfacilitiesforthemech
