1、摘要采煤機(jī)械的裝備水平是煤礦技術(shù)水平的重要標(biāo)志之一。采煤機(jī)械的選用取決于煤層的賦存條件、采煤方法和采煤工藝，而采煤機(jī)械的技術(shù)發(fā)展又促進(jìn)了采煤方法和采煤工藝的更新。煤炭是我國(guó)的主要能源，煤炭工業(yè)為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出了重大貢獻(xiàn)。但是煤炭工業(yè)面臨著許多困難和問題，采煤機(jī)械化是最終發(fā)展的必然。所以如何提高采煤效率以滿足我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)中迅猛發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)能源的需要就成了十分迫切的要求。我國(guó)煤炭中薄煤層儲(chǔ)量豐富，對(duì)大功率采煤機(jī)的需求量也比較大。而炮采安全性比較低，生產(chǎn)率也比較低；綜采對(duì)設(shè)備要求較高，而且投資費(fèi)用比較大。所
2、以對(duì)厚薄煤層來說開發(fā)適應(yīng)高檔普采的采煤機(jī)是非常必要的，而MG750/2210-WD型交流電牽引采煤機(jī)正是針對(duì)厚薄煤層適應(yīng)高普而進(jìn)行的設(shè)計(jì)。MG750/2210700-WD型采煤機(jī)的截割部機(jī)械傳動(dòng)由兩級(jí)直齒傳動(dòng)和兩級(jí)行星機(jī)傳動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)。采取搖臂結(jié)構(gòu)形式以增大滾筒的過煤空間進(jìn)而提高裝煤效率，并對(duì)各級(jí)齒輪及相應(yīng)的傳動(dòng)軸進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算和相應(yīng)的校核，結(jié)果滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。關(guān)鍵詞：采煤機(jī)截割部行星機(jī)構(gòu)ABSTRACTCoalminemachineryandequipmentlevelisoneimportantindicat
