7、種鋼或有色金屬作為復(fù)層,通過熱軋或爆炸成型工藝等方法復(fù)合而成的雙金屬板。其基層主要滿足結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度和剛度的要求,一般用低碳鋼或低合金鋼;而復(fù)層主要是滿足耐腐蝕性的要求,一般用鉻或鉻鎳不銹鋼、鎳基合金、銅基合金或鈦板。復(fù)層通常只占總厚度的10%～20%。因此,復(fù)合鋼板既有優(yōu)質(zhì)或貴重金屬具備的特殊性能(如耐蝕性),又可以節(jié)約大量的不銹鋼或鈦等貴重金屬,在保證技術(shù)要求的同時可大幅降低成本,具有很大的經(jīng)濟(jì)價值。因此,復(fù)合鋼板在石油、化工、航海、醫(yī)療、食品行業(yè)和軍工生產(chǎn)中得到越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用。
