1、摘要礦井機(jī)械化已經(jīng)高速發(fā)展的今天，如何做到花最少的錢選最合適的設(shè)備，是我們這些即將進(jìn)入煤礦工作的人應(yīng)該掌握的一門重要的基礎(chǔ)能力，在設(shè)計(jì)中把基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和實(shí)用技術(shù)相結(jié)合，在“采掘機(jī)械”、“井下運(yùn)輸”、“通風(fēng)排水”三個(gè)方面的選型合理，可以達(dá)到高產(chǎn)高效的目的。本設(shè)計(jì)以兗州礦業(yè)集團(tuán)興隆莊煤礦為設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)象，結(jié)合該礦的煤層情況、煤質(zhì)情況、煤層頂?shù)装迩闆r、水文地質(zhì)情況和瓦斯情況等進(jìn)行綜合分析并加以計(jì)算。對(duì)井田開(kāi)拓系統(tǒng)，主運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)，主提升系統(tǒng)，通風(fēng)排水系統(tǒng)和生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行合理有效的選型。對(duì)采煤工作面的設(shè)備進(jìn)行合理的設(shè)計(jì)，按照綜
2、采工作面設(shè)備配套要求，達(dá)到生產(chǎn)能力配套，性能配套，尺寸配套等等。通過(guò)嚴(yán)格的計(jì)算，進(jìn)行正確的采掘機(jī)械、支護(hù)設(shè)備和刮板輸送機(jī)的選型設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)整體情況，進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行正確的排水設(shè)備和通風(fēng)設(shè)備的選型設(shè)計(jì)，運(yùn)輸設(shè)備方面對(duì)皮帶運(yùn)輸機(jī)進(jìn)行選型設(shè)計(jì)。在以安全第一的前提下，嚴(yán)格管理，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)真正的效益最大化。關(guān)鍵詞：礦井機(jī)械化；選型設(shè)計(jì)；設(shè)備配套；皮帶運(yùn)輸；通風(fēng)排水161ABSTRACTWiththerapiddevelopmentofminemechanization,nowadays,selectingthemostappr
