1、摘要礦井機械化已經(jīng)高速發(fā)展的今天,如何做到花最少的錢選最合適的設(shè)備,是我們這些即將進入煤礦工作的人應(yīng)該掌握的一門重要的基礎(chǔ)能力,在設(shè)計中把基礎(chǔ)知識和實用技術(shù)相結(jié)合,在“采掘機械”、“井下運輸”、“通風(fēng)排水”三個方面的選型合理,可以達(dá)到高產(chǎn)高效的目的。本設(shè)計以兗州礦業(yè)集團興隆莊煤礦為設(shè)計對象,結(jié)合該礦的煤層情況、煤質(zhì)情況、煤層頂?shù)装迩闆r、水文地質(zhì)情況和瓦斯情況等進行綜合分析并加以計算。對井田開拓系統(tǒng),主運輸系統(tǒng),主提升系統(tǒng),通風(fēng)排水系統(tǒng)和生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)進行合理有效的選型。對采煤工作面的設(shè)備進行合理的設(shè)計,按照綜采工
2、作面設(shè)備配套要求,達(dá)到生產(chǎn)能力配套,性能配套,尺寸配套等等。通過嚴(yán)格的計算,進行正確的采掘機械、支護設(shè)備和刮板輸送機的選型設(shè)計。根據(jù)整體情況,進一步進行正確的排水設(shè)備和通風(fēng)設(shè)備的選型設(shè)計,運輸設(shè)備方面對皮帶運輸機進行選型設(shè)計。在以安全第一的前提下,嚴(yán)格管理,從而實現(xiàn)真正的效益最大化。關(guān)鍵詞:礦井機械化;選型設(shè)計;設(shè)備配套;皮帶運輸;通風(fēng)排水162ABSTRACTWiththerapiddevelopmentofminemechanization,nowadays,selectingthemostappropri
