4、tiesofP．xylostella．【Methods】Theleaf-dippingmethodwasusedtotestthetoxicityofcyantraniliproletothe3rdinstarlarvaeofP．xylostella，andtheLC20andLC50valuesweredetermined．The3rdinstarlarvaeweretransferredontocabbageleavessoakedinLC20andLC50ofcyantraniliprolesolution［20%l
5、ethalconcentration(LC20)=0．03mg/Land50%lethalconcentration(LC50)=0．08mg/L］andallowedtofeedfor48h，thenthebiologicalcharacteristicssuchasthepupalduration，pupationrate，adultemergencerateandsoonwererecorded，andtherelatedenzymeactivitieswerealsomeasured．【Ｒesults】Theres
6、ultsshowedthattheestimatedLC20andLC50valuesofcyantraniliproleonthe3rdinstarlarvaeinleafdipbioassaywere0．03mg/Land0．08mg/L，respectively．CyantraniliproleatLC20andLC50concentrations(LC20=0．03mg/L，LC50=0．08mg/L)couldextendthedurationofthe4thinstarandpupalstage，andredu
