2、,菌株P(guān)FCFO的生長(zhǎng)速率呈先快后慢7的趨勢(shì),產(chǎn)孢量為2.710個(gè)/mL,孢子萌發(fā)率為62.59%,胞外蛋白酶水平為1.16,對(duì)小菜蛾2齡幼蟲校正死亡率達(dá)97.74%。而菌株P(guān)FCFD、PFCFD20、PFCFD50和PFCFD58間平均生長(zhǎng)速77率和孢子萌發(fā)率無(wú)顯著差異,產(chǎn)孢量變化范圍為1.0510~2.3410個(gè)/mL,胞外蛋白酶水平變化范圍為1.02~1.07,各生物學(xué)指標(biāo)及其對(duì)小菜蛾2齡幼蟲的校正死亡率(19.86%~51.44%)都顯著低于菌株P(guān)FCFO。相關(guān)性分析結(jié)果顯示,玫煙色棒束孢對(duì)小菜蛾的致病力與菌株生長(zhǎng)初期的生長(zhǎng)速率、產(chǎn)孢量、孢子萌發(fā)率和胞外蛋白

6、a.TheresultsshowedthatthegrowthrateofstrainPFCFOwasfastatinitialstageafterinoculatedtomedialbutsloweddownwiththetimeelapsed.ThestrainPFCFOappearedanobviouslyhighersporulation(2.7710conidial/mL)after20daysculture,sporegerminaterate(62.59%),extracellularproteaselevel(1.16)andcorrectedmortalit
7、y(97.74%)tothe2ndinstarlarvacomparedtootherstrains.However,amongthestrainsPFCFD,PFCFD20,PFCFD50andPFCFD58,therewerenosignificantdifferences7onthegrowthrateandsporulationgerminaterate.Sporulationofthesestrainswas1.0510-2.3471
