2、ferentdepositionparametersandthestructurepropertiesofZnOfilmsisanalyzedandtheoptimizedconditionisobtained.Basedonthoseresults,thefilmswithAl,Ni,MndopinginZnOfilmshavealsobeenpreparedandtheinfluenceofdopingcontentsonpropertiesofthefilmsisstudied.Furthermore,usingaNd:YAGlaserasfundamentalbeam,thes
3、econd-harmonicefficiencyofthefilmsismeasured.Themainresultsareasfollows:ZnOthinfilmswithhighlyc-axisorientationhavebeenfabricatedbyPLDmethod.Theinfluenceofsubstratetemperatureandoxygenpressureonthepropertiesofthefilmsisstudied.ThereasonwhythegrowthmodelofZnOfilmschangedwiththedepositioncondition
4、isexplained.Theroom-temperaturePLspectraoftheZnOfilmsgrownatdifferentoxygenpressureshavebeeninvestigated.Allfilmsshowatypicalluminescencebehaviorwithanarrowultraviolet(UV)andabroadgreen-yellowband.ItisproposedthattheintensityofUVemissiondependsoncrystalstructureandthedeeplevelemissioncorrelatest
5、otheelectrontransitionsfromthebottomoftheconductionbandtotheantisiteoxygenOZn.HighqualityAldopingZnOtransparentconductivefilmshavebeenfabricatedbymixingAlintoZnOtarget.Theeffectofdopingconcentrationontheirstructure,electricalandopticalpropertiesisstudied.Theresultsshowthatthelowelectricalresisti
