2、FrontWheelAlignmentParametersarethemostimportantcharactersofautomobile。Therationalityofitsdesignwilldirectlyinfluencethereturnability,straightlinestability,steeringforceandthehigh-waybrakingstabilityofautomobiles.However.thedesigningmethodsdomesticallyusedinfrontwheel
3、alignmentparametersmainlyadoptvari曲1eofparameterandadaptabilitydesign,whichnotonlycostplentyofmanpowerandmaterialresource,butalsoleadtoaninaccurateparameter.Thispaperhasdoneanoptimizationdesigntothefullautomobilemodel,andgivenoutamoreconvenientanddirectsmethodtodeterm
4、inefrontwheelalignmentparameters.Firstly,theinfluenceoffrontwheelalignmentparameterstoautomobile’shandlingstabilityinthepaper.Morespecificdetailslikesuspension,steeringsystemandthedriveformareanalyzedasinfluencestodeterminingfrontwheelalignmentparameters.Then,weanalyz
5、eddrivemomentandbringforwardanoptimizationdesignmethodconcerningtheangleofbothkingpininclinationandcasterofreturnability;wealsoimprovethequantityrelationbetweenkingpininclinationandcasterinself-turningmomentthroughspecificcalculating.Secondly.wemakesomereasonablesimpl
