2、了疲勞強(qiáng)度校核和瘦勞壽命預(yù)估.并進(jìn)一步提出了汽車(chē)驅(qū)動(dòng)橋殼基于CAE隨機(jī)振動(dòng)計(jì)算結(jié)果的概率疲勞壽命預(yù)估方法。結(jié)果表明:隨機(jī)振動(dòng)計(jì)算結(jié)果能直觀地反映驅(qū)動(dòng)橋殼在汽車(chē)行駛時(shí)的lor應(yīng)力分布情況,應(yīng)力較大值分布在鋼板彈簧座內(nèi)、外側(cè)上下表面較大的區(qū)域和驅(qū)動(dòng)橋亮中部。關(guān)鍵詞:汽車(chē);概率疲勞計(jì)算;CAE;驅(qū)動(dòng)橋殼;隨機(jī)載荷中圖分類號(hào):U463.218文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號(hào):1000—2006(2009)05—0105—04Probabilityfatiguestrengthcalculationofautodriveaxlehousingbasedontherandomloading

7、汽車(chē)結(jié)構(gòu)件的工作條件變得惡劣,疲勞破壞事故不斷增多。2。1,因此,許多發(fā)達(dá)圍家越來(lái)越重視汽車(chē)疲勞強(qiáng)度研究H。1。我國(guó)汽車(chē)驅(qū)動(dòng)橋殼的設(shè)計(jì)基本上仍處于靜強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)階段,較少使用抗疲勞設(shè)計(jì),很難做到有限壽命的設(shè)計(jì)M。1。筆者結(jié)合機(jī)械零件的疲勞強(qiáng)度理論和汽車(chē)振動(dòng)理論,通過(guò)CAD/CAE的設(shè)計(jì)手段,對(duì)汽車(chē)驅(qū)動(dòng)橋殼在隨機(jī)載荷作用下的疲勞強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行分析,作為疲勞強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)方法的必要補(bǔ)充。汽車(chē)使用過(guò)程中,最典型的隨機(jī)振動(dòng)是由路面不平引起的汽車(chē)振動(dòng)¨1。筆者以汽車(chē)驅(qū)動(dòng)橋殼為例,研究汽車(chē)驅(qū)動(dòng)橋殼在典型路譜下的動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)情況,提出汽車(chē)驅(qū)動(dòng)橋殼基于有限元隨機(jī)振動(dòng)分析結(jié)果的疲勞壽命計(jì)
