1、華中科技大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文軟件企業(yè)研發(fā)團(tuán)隊組建行為定性模擬研究姓名:聶暉申請學(xué)位級別:博士專業(yè):管理科學(xué)與工程指導(dǎo)教師:黎志成20050423研發(fā)團(tuán)隊中非正式群體形成過程的動態(tài)匹配方法。同時,本文通過對非正式群體作用過程的研究,建立了非正式群體的作用知識庫,在對研發(fā)團(tuán)隊進(jìn)行非正式群體角色匹配后,利用建立的基于模糊推理的專家系統(tǒng)對匹配后形成的非正式群體的作用進(jìn)行預(yù)測,進(jìn)而推導(dǎo)出研發(fā)團(tuán)隊績效影響定性模擬模型存在不確定性影響關(guān)系。經(jīng)過這一系列的研究,本文基于經(jīng)典的人力資源理論、組織行為理論、團(tuán)隊相關(guān)的各類研究成果,利用定性模擬、模糊數(shù)學(xué)、專家系統(tǒng)等技術(shù),本文建立了一
2、個有效的研發(fā)團(tuán)隊組建行為模擬機制,為軟件企業(yè)組建研發(fā)團(tuán)隊工作提供了科學(xué)的輔助工具。最后,本課題建立研發(fā)團(tuán)隊行為定性模擬原型系統(tǒng),構(gòu)建了原型系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu),設(shè)計了系統(tǒng)原型定性模擬控制的實現(xiàn)機制,開發(fā)完成了成員庫管理、知識庫管理、模型庫管理、系統(tǒng)模擬、結(jié)果管理、系統(tǒng)幫助等功能模塊;實現(xiàn)了基于模糊層次分析法的研發(fā)團(tuán)隊正式群體能力靜態(tài)評價系統(tǒng);實現(xiàn)了基于模糊匹配方法的研發(fā)團(tuán)隊非正式群體角色匹配系統(tǒng);實現(xiàn)了基于模糊推理的專家系統(tǒng);實現(xiàn)了基于過程知識庫的研發(fā)團(tuán)隊績效定性模擬系統(tǒng)。關(guān)鍵詞:軟件企業(yè)研發(fā)團(tuán)隊組建行為定性模擬模糊評價模糊匹配模糊推理IIAbstractSoft
