2、個有效的研發(fā)團(tuán)隊組建行為模擬機制，為軟件企業(yè)組建研發(fā)團(tuán)隊工作提供了科學(xué)的輔助工具。最后，本課題建立研發(fā)團(tuán)隊行為定性模擬原型系統(tǒng)，構(gòu)建了原型系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)，設(shè)計了系統(tǒng)原型定性模擬控制的實現(xiàn)機制，開發(fā)完成了成員庫管理、知識庫管理、模型庫管理、系統(tǒng)模擬、結(jié)果管理、系統(tǒng)幫助等功能模塊；實現(xiàn)了基于模糊層次分析法的研發(fā)團(tuán)隊正式群體能力靜態(tài)評價系統(tǒng)；實現(xiàn)了基于模糊匹配方法的研發(fā)團(tuán)隊非正式群體角色匹配系統(tǒng)；實現(xiàn)了基于模糊推理的專家系統(tǒng)；實現(xiàn)了基于過程知識庫的研發(fā)團(tuán)隊績效定性模擬系統(tǒng)。關(guān)鍵詞：軟件企業(yè)研發(fā)團(tuán)隊組建行為定性模擬模糊評價模糊匹配模糊推理IIAbstractSoft
