1、中文摘要隨著時代的變革，物質(zhì)的豐富，人民思想的不斷變化，婚姻面臨著越來越多的挑戰(zhàn)和困難，引起了人們高度重視。雖然我國在1950年和1980年分別頒布了《婚姻法》，但這兩部《婚姻法》都沒有無效婚姻制度的相關(guān)規(guī)定。首次確定無效婚姻制度是在2001年的《婚姻法》修正案上。這是我國婚姻立法的重大進步，不僅填補了我國無效婚姻制度的空白，完善了婚姻法律制度，同時也維護了當事人的權(quán)益，保障了婚姻的成立，減少了司法實踐中的婚姻糾紛。文章有三部分，第一部分重點闡述無效婚姻制度的相關(guān)內(nèi)容，包括無效婚姻制度的涵義，無效婚姻的制度沿革和國外幾個典型國家無效婚姻制
2、度的相關(guān)規(guī)定；第二部分著重講述我國無效婚姻制度的實務(wù)分析，截止到2015年9月1日，搜集到2014年1月1日到2015年1月1日期間內(nèi)的無效婚姻案例共有648例，對這些案例進行統(tǒng)計、總結(jié)和分析；文章最后一部分是關(guān)于我國無效婚姻制度的完善建議，主要從無效婚姻制度欠缺和無效婚姻制度立法機制兩方面闡述。希望通過本文淺顯的論述能為司法實踐中婚姻家庭糾紛貢獻一點綿薄之力，以期在未來民法親屬編中進一步完善我國的無效婚姻制度!關(guān)鍵詞：無效婚姻制度；實務(wù)分析；完善建議黑龍江大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文AbstractAsthechangeofTheTimes，mat
