1、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)第33卷第1期2010年1月合肥工業(yè)大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)(自然科學(xué)版)JOURNALOFHEFEIUNIVERSITYOFTECHNOI.OGYV01.33No.1Jan.2010咪唑封端型水性聚氨酯固化劑的合成及其應(yīng)用周靜靜,劉明星,呂建平(合肥T業(yè)大學(xué)化學(xué)工程學(xué)院,安徽合肥230009)摘要:以異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯(IPDI)和三羥甲基丙烷(TMP)為起始原料,經(jīng)過(guò)加成反應(yīng),二羥甲基丙酸(DMPA)擴(kuò)鏈,三乙胺(TEA)中和成鹽及2一甲基咪唑(2-MI)封端等4步反應(yīng)后,制得一種可在室溫解封的水性聚氨酯同化劑。2一甲基咪唑封閉反應(yīng)的較好條件為:2-MI與一

7、e;curingagent0引口水性聚氨酯以水為分散介質(zhì),不含游離異氰酸酯和苯系有機(jī)溶劑,可取代傳統(tǒng)的溶劑型產(chǎn)品用于涂層、粘合、印染等領(lǐng)域。但岡在水性聚氨酯分子鏈巾需引入羧基、磺酸基、季胺鹽等親水改性基團(tuán),故成膜物在濕態(tài)時(shí)的附著力和力學(xué)性能明顯下降,不能用于體育運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)地等對(duì)耐水性要求較高的室外場(chǎng)合。為解決水性聚氨酯性能卜的不足,雙組分水性聚氨酯體系得到關(guān)注?,F(xiàn)有的水性雙組分聚氨酯體系用多異氰酸酯化合物作為固化劑,與體系收稿日期:2009—02—11;修改日期:2009—04—23基金項(xiàng)目:廣東省教育部產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合資助項(xiàng)目(2007A090302099)作者
