1、◆●中文摘要虛擬財產(chǎn)作為一種新鮮事物，區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)財產(chǎn)而具有新的特征。由于目前司法實踐中侵犯虛擬財產(chǎn)的案件層出不窮，而且我國立法對于虛擬財產(chǎn)的保護處于空白地帶，為了我國網(wǎng)絡產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展和公民所擁有的虛擬財產(chǎn)能夠得到保護，將虛擬財產(chǎn)納入到刑法的保護已經(jīng)勢在必行。只有這樣才能為處理侵犯虛擬財產(chǎn)的案件提供立法依據(jù)。本文分為四章對虛擬財產(chǎn)的刑法保護進行論述：第一章，主要對虛擬財產(chǎn)的概念、特征、內(nèi)涵及外延進行了考察和討論，為虛擬財產(chǎn)下了定義；并且對虛擬財產(chǎn)的財產(chǎn)屬性和法律屬性進行了論述，分析學界的觀點后，得出虛擬財產(chǎn)具有
