2、中堿基的平均頻率為:A=34.75%,T/U=34.75%,C=15.25%,G=15.25%。馬尾松毛蟲(chóng)遺傳多樣性最高(核酸多樣度為3.93%),落葉松毛蟲(chóng)最低(0.629%)。4種松毛蟲(chóng)間的親緣關(guān)系由遠(yuǎn)到近依次為:落葉松毛蟲(chóng)×赤松毛蟲(chóng)(0.083)、落葉松毛蟲(chóng)x馬尾松毛蟲(chóng)(0.068)、落葉松毛蟲(chóng)×油松毛蟲(chóng)(0.066)、赤松毛蟲(chóng)×油松毛蟲(chóng)(0.057)、馬尾松毛蟲(chóng)×赤松毛蟲(chóng)(0.054)、馬尾松毛蟲(chóng)x油松毛蟲(chóng)(0.012)。基于線粒體C基因序列能夠鑒別4種松毛蟲(chóng)之間的親緣關(guān)系,可作為種上的分子分類標(biāo)記應(yīng)
