1、摘要鈦酸鍶鋇((Ba,Sr)Ti03,簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)BST)鐵電固溶體因其具有優(yōu)良的介電性能、良好的可調(diào)率以及高的熱釋電系數(shù),和居里溫度可調(diào)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),而被認(rèn)為是極有發(fā)展前景的材料之一,被廣泛用于制作鐵電存儲(chǔ)器、相移器、高頻電容器以及非制冷紅外探測(cè)器等器件。本文采用傳統(tǒng)的固相燒結(jié)工藝制備了純的和摻雜的Bao.sSro.2Ti03陶瓷,研究了制備工藝對(duì)BST陶瓷結(jié)構(gòu)與性能的影響,結(jié)果表明:制備BST陶瓷的最佳預(yù)燒和燒結(jié)溫度分別為1000℃和1310"C;預(yù)燒升溫速率對(duì)BST陶瓷的熱釋電性能影響明顯,而燒結(jié)升溫速率對(duì)陶瓷的熱釋電系數(shù)的影響不大;陶瓷成型壓力對(duì)BST陶瓷的熱釋電性能也有顯著影響。
2、在1000℃預(yù)燒2h,1310℃燒結(jié)1h制備的BST陶瓷的SEM結(jié)果顯示陶瓷結(jié)構(gòu)致密,氣孔率較低;在室溫下測(cè)得相對(duì)介電常數(shù)為1751,介電損耗為0.0071;熱釋電系數(shù)達(dá)到4899pC.In-2.K-1,相應(yīng)的熱釋電探測(cè)率優(yōu)值為1.46×104m3/2.J~·F。1佗。應(yīng)用優(yōu)化的陶瓷制備工藝,研究了Mn和Nb摻雜對(duì)BST陶瓷結(jié)構(gòu)與電性能的影響規(guī)律,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,適量的Mn和Nb摻雜均能改善BST陶瓷的微結(jié)構(gòu),提高熱釋電系數(shù)。當(dāng)Mn摻雜量為0.3wt%時(shí),室溫下100kHz下測(cè)得BST陶瓷的相對(duì)介電常數(shù)為1199,介電損耗為O.0052。熱釋電系數(shù)為5982I.tC·m-2.K
3、~,相應(yīng)的熱釋電探測(cè)率優(yōu)值達(dá)到2.51×104m3/2.J-1.F-I/2*而當(dāng)Nb205摻雜量為0.3wto/o時(shí),BST陶瓷的相對(duì)介電常數(shù)減小到996,介電損耗為0.0050。居里溫度附近的熱釋電系數(shù)峰值為9309pC·In-2·K-1,探測(cè)率優(yōu)值達(dá)到4.38x10"4m3/2.J-I.F以陀,有望在非制冷紅外探測(cè)器領(lǐng)域獲得實(shí)際應(yīng)用。關(guān)鍵詞:BST陶瓷:摻雜;介電性能;熱釋電性能ABSTRACTBariumstrontiumtitanate(Bal.xSrxTi03,BST)isaferroelectricsolidsolutionwhichexhibitsgooddie
