1、摘要海產(chǎn)舟形藻是底棲硅藻的一種,是底棲性海洋生物的重要餌料。目前。刺參、鮑魚的育苗、保苗對(duì)舟形藻等底棲硅藻有很大的依賴性,底棲硅藻的產(chǎn)量常常直接影響刺參、鮑魚等海珍品的生產(chǎn)。為改善舟形藻等底棲硅藻的培養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀,促進(jìn)附著性微藻光合反應(yīng)器的發(fā)展,特對(duì)聚乙烯透明平板、篩絹,聚乙烯細(xì)繩三種固定化材料在相同條件下對(duì)舟形藻的生長(zhǎng)承載能力進(jìn)行了探討發(fā)現(xiàn),聚乙烯透明平板的單位的產(chǎn)量為3.8x10。7cel№m2,高于篩絹和聚乙烯細(xì)繩,聚乙烯細(xì)繩的單位產(chǎn)量低于聚乙烯透明平板,但能充分離用水體空間,達(dá)到聚乙烯平板和篩絹所不
2、能達(dá)到的高表面積,使單位水體達(dá)到較高的產(chǎn)量2.48x108cell/ml。所以,采用聚乙烯細(xì)繩的固定化形式可以作為構(gòu)建附著性光合生物反應(yīng)器的關(guān)鍵部分。與某刺參專用配合飼料對(duì)比,以新鮮舟形藻藻液為餌的刺參平均生長(zhǎng)率為4.3%,成活率高達(dá)99.57%。且免疫細(xì)胞吞噬活性明顯高于配合飼料組,刺參體態(tài)健康,攝食活動(dòng)明顯,排便量多,運(yùn)動(dòng)活躍。以配合飼料為餌的刺參成活率也僅有83.83%,此組刺參攝食率低,排便少,活動(dòng)較少。結(jié)果表明底棲硅藻作為刺參的餌料效果優(yōu)于配合飼料。采用舟形藻藻粉灌胃小鼠二十天后進(jìn)行游泳力竭實(shí)驗(yàn)
3、,在高劑量水平上,小鼠力竭性游泳時(shí)間顯著延長(zhǎng),血糖、肝糖原水平回升,尿素氮水平上升幅度減小,說明舟形藻藻液具有維持游泳動(dòng)物血糖平衡與肌糖原水平、減少體內(nèi)蛋白質(zhì)分解的作用,能延緩運(yùn)動(dòng)性疲勞的發(fā)生。采用水提、醇沉法提取舟形藻多糖,灌胃小鼠二十天后進(jìn)行游泳力竭實(shí)驗(yàn),在高劑量水平上,小鼠力竭性游泳時(shí)間顯著延長(zhǎng),說明舟形多糖具有維持游泳動(dòng)物血糖平衡與肌糖原水平、減少體內(nèi)蛋白質(zhì)分解的作用,能延緩運(yùn)動(dòng)性疲勞的發(fā)生。舟形藻多糖高劑量對(duì)小鼠SOD水平有明顯提高,高、中劑量對(duì)小鼠CAT水平有提高作用,各劑量對(duì)T-AOC和MD
