2、段對(duì)系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力機(jī)制進(jìn)行社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)首先文章介紹了我國(guó)舊城住區(qū)更新特點(diǎn)與現(xiàn)狀研究目的與意義同時(shí)提出了支持本文研究的理論基礎(chǔ)和在理論框架指導(dǎo)下所運(yùn)用的基本方法以及此領(lǐng)域研究的狀況與趨勢(shì)其次本文基于對(duì)舊城住區(qū)更新動(dòng)力機(jī)制的研究通過(guò)對(duì)動(dòng)力機(jī)制的一般特征的分析研究了舊城住區(qū)更新的經(jīng)濟(jì)力社會(huì)力環(huán)境力和文化力的綜合作用構(gòu)建了舊城住區(qū)更新的動(dòng)力耦合機(jī)制分析各力之間的互相作用關(guān)系6然后本文構(gòu)建了基于可持續(xù)發(fā)展的舊城住區(qū)更新系統(tǒng)提出了舊城系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)熵增原則和可持續(xù)更新城市系統(tǒng)發(fā)展目標(biāo)函數(shù)并建立了基于可持續(xù)發(fā)展原則的舊城更新促進(jìn)機(jī)
