1、基于效益分析的電力系統(tǒng)多指標(biāo)聯(lián)合優(yōu)化調(diào)度研究.??.?摘要對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行效率進(jìn)行合理有效的評(píng)價(jià)和分析能夠幫助決策者了解電力系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行過(guò)程中效率變動(dòng)的原因,并且為決策者制定合理的電價(jià)和蓄水價(jià)值的情況上,通過(guò)研究互聯(lián)電力系統(tǒng)中火電廠運(yùn)行能耗.特性和互聯(lián)電網(wǎng)損耗特性以及水火互聯(lián)電力系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化運(yùn)行過(guò)程中的指標(biāo)要求,基于水電站、火電廠以及電網(wǎng)絡(luò)“安全、穩(wěn)定、經(jīng)濟(jì)刀·運(yùn)行等多指標(biāo)要求下的水火互聯(lián)電力系統(tǒng)多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化調(diào)度模型。利用基于數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析的決策方法和改進(jìn)型多目標(biāo)遺傳算法對(duì)以梯級(jí)水電站水庫(kù)群經(jīng)濟(jì)效益最大、火電
2、廠能耗最小、污染物排放最小以及電網(wǎng)功率損失最小為目標(biāo)的廣西電網(wǎng)500kV級(jí)水火互聯(lián)電力系統(tǒng)短期多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化調(diào)度模型進(jìn)行求解,改進(jìn)多目標(biāo)遺傳算法能通過(guò)并列運(yùn)行的方式在決策空間中同時(shí)搜索獲得多種符合要求的決策方案,避免了傳統(tǒng)先驗(yàn)方式下多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化問(wèn)題求解過(guò)程中決策者主觀偏好信息難以確定的情況。通過(guò)超效率決策方法,獲得能從所有優(yōu)化結(jié)果中獲得整體協(xié)調(diào)性最好的最優(yōu)方案。計(jì)算結(jié)果分析表明,所建模型和所用優(yōu)化算法的正確性和合理性。關(guān)鍵詞:水火互聯(lián)電力系統(tǒng);短期優(yōu)化多目標(biāo)調(diào)度;數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析;改進(jìn)型遺傳算法:決策方法
