1、摻雜納米TiO:半導(dǎo)體光催化劑的制各與光催化性能的研究摘要自從上個世紀(jì)七十年代,人們發(fā)現(xiàn)納米氧化鈦的光致催化特性后,光催化研究領(lǐng)域成為科研工作者的研究熱點。對納米氧化鈦進(jìn)行改性,使其運用到環(huán)保領(lǐng)域,具有重大的實際意義。本論文采用溶膠一凝膠法制備出摻雜納米W03/Ti02粉體和摻雜Sn02/Ti02粉體;采用粒子凝膠法,浸漬提拉法在潔凈玻璃表面制各出均勻,半透明的摻雜WO/Ti02光催化膜和Sn02/Ti02光催化膜。探討了工藝參數(shù):加入不同種類摻雜物質(zhì),不同含量的摻雜量,不同熱處理溫度,對相組成,相變,晶粒尺寸及光
2、催化性能的影響。采用XRD.TEM.BET,AFM.可見光透過光譜分析,分光光度計測試手段對所制各的材料進(jìn)行表征,并分析各因素對光催化性能的影響。探討結(jié)果表明:采用溶膠一凝膠法能夠制備出具有光催化特性的納米光催化粉體;同樣采用粒子凝膠法,浸漬提拉法能夠制各出納米光催化薄膜。摻雜種類,摻雜量,熱處理溫度等因素會影響光催化性能。0.5%(nw03/nri02),1%(ns。02/nTi02)摻雜(摩爾比)的樣品具有較高的光催化效率,分別可達(dá)96.35%,96.55%,其熱處理溫度為350℃.而相同含量的光催化膜降解率分
