1、活性炭負載Fe\zn摻雜納米Ti02半導(dǎo)體光催化劑的制備與光催化性能研究摘要近年來,隨著生存環(huán)境的惡化,用半導(dǎo)體光催化劑光致降解廢水和空氣中的污染物技術(shù)引起了人們巨大的關(guān)注。氧化鈦由于其優(yōu)異的性能成為研究者關(guān)注的焦點。對納米氧化鈦進行改性,并應(yīng)用到環(huán)保領(lǐng)域,具有重大的實際意義。本論文在前人的研究基礎(chǔ)上采用溶膠一凝膠法,在顆?;钚蕴?GAC)表面負載Fe/zn摻雜Ti02光催化膜。探討了不同熱處理溫度,對相組成,相變,晶粒尺寸及光催化性能的影響。采用XRD、BET、紫外.可見光分光光度測試手段對所制備的材料進
2、行表征,并分析各因素對光催化性能的影響。探討結(jié)果表明:采用溶膠一凝膠法能夠制備出活性炭負載光催化劑,成膜助劑的加入,涂膜次數(shù)、熱處理溫度等因素會影響其光催化性能。500℃熱處理的活性炭負載Fe,zn摻雜Ti02樣品具有最高的光催化效率,光照2小時后降解率達到97.3%,而相同含量的粉體降解率為41.6%?;钚蕴控撦d可以大大提高Ti02的光催化性能。關(guān)鍵詞:光催化劑二氧化鈦活性炭Fe、zn摻雜AStudyOnthePreparationofFe\ZnDopedNanometerTi02Photocatalys
