1、摘要摘要石墨烯或稱納米石墨片,是指一種由單層六角元胞碳原子組成的蜂窩狀二維晶體。作為碳納米管的組成,它和碳納米管有著許多共同的性質(zhì),如很高的導熱性和導電率。更重要的是它的厚度為0.34nm,尺度為幾微米到幾十微米,這樣石墨烯有很高的長徑比(長度和厚度的比值),使石墨烯能成為很好的場發(fā)射材料。本論文正是針對上述的特點,以石墨烯為研究對象,在深入分析石墨烯制備和改性機理的基礎上,對石墨烯的制備工藝和石墨烯的應用作了創(chuàng)新性和探索性研究。主要內(nèi)容為:1.詳細研究了石墨烯的制備原理和流程,提出了不同的制備方法制備出氧化程度更高,穩(wěn)定性更好的氧
2、化石墨烯。2.詳細研究了各種石墨烯自支撐膜的制備方法,對方法進行了改良。對氧化石墨烯還原成石墨烯的機理進行詳細的分析和研究。3.研究了石墨烯自支撐膜的場發(fā)射性能,并研究其場發(fā)射機理。4.采用等離子體處理的方法對石墨烯自支撐膜進行表面改性,研究其改性機制并對改性的條件進行對比和優(yōu)化,并研究改性后的場發(fā)射性能提高的機理。5.研究石墨烯自身和改性后的親疏水性能。6.石墨烯自支撐膜卷曲后的邊緣場發(fā)射性能研究。7.以石墨烯自支撐膜作為柔性襯底,生長碳納米管并研究其場發(fā)射性能。關鍵詞:石墨烯,自支撐膜,場發(fā)射,柔性,等離子體處理ABSTRACT
