1、摘要本研究選取吉林省動(dòng)物及人群作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)人畜共患HEV的流行情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析。使用北京萬泰生物藥業(yè)有限公司提供的戊型肝炎抗原(HEVAg)、動(dòng)物用HEV總抗體(HEVAb)、人用HEV抗體(HEVIgG和HEVIgM)試劑盒,采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)法(ELISA),檢測(cè)來自吉林省三個(gè)代表地區(qū)血清樣品3月齡以上大豬1208份、3月齡以下小豬1303份、牛890份、羊729份、普通人群643份、豬飼養(yǎng)人群426份和非豬飼養(yǎng)業(yè)人群296份,以了解戊型肝炎病毒(HEv)在動(dòng)物和人群中的分布情況。調(diào)查結(jié)果表明:①豬群感染HEV很普遍
2、,各地區(qū)都是大豬感染率高于小豬,豬群抗體水平最高,可能比其動(dòng)物群更容易感染HEV。②豬飼養(yǎng)群高于其它非飼養(yǎng)人群,男性高于女性。③共檢測(cè)出HEVAg陽性血清樣品豬22份,牛18份,羊10份,人2份以及人HEVIgM陽性血清樣品4份。④三個(gè)代表區(qū)人群HEV感染率松原地區(qū)(鹽堿地區(qū))最高,長(zhǎng)春地區(qū)(平原地區(qū))次之,吉林地區(qū)(半山區(qū))最低。用逆轉(zhuǎn)錄聚合酶鏈?zhǔn)椒磻?yīng)方法(RT—PCR)檢測(cè)部分陽性血清和糞便樣本HEVRNA,并對(duì)PCR陽性產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行克隆測(cè)序及分析。結(jié)果顯示所得7株菌株的同源性為86.2%~98.6%,是基因Ⅳ。從進(jìn)化關(guān)系看,
