2、搜索寄主的過程中的學(xué)習(xí)記憶能力,本實(shí)驗(yàn)采用四臂嗅覺儀測定了松毛蟲赤眼蜂Trichogrammadendrolimi和短管赤眼蜂Trichogrammapretiosum對(duì)來源于灰白蠶蛾不同部位揮發(fā)性物質(zhì)的嗅覺反應(yīng),結(jié)果表明,灰白蠶蛾交配未產(chǎn)卵雌蛾腹末鱗片、卵表及其卵液中存在吸引兩種赤眼蜂的利它素,且腹末鱗片和卵表中的利它素溶于正己烷,而灰白蠶蛾處女蛾和交配已產(chǎn)卵雌蛾腹末鱗片中沒發(fā)現(xiàn)吸引兩種赤眼蜂的利它素。在學(xué)習(xí)行為方面,松毛蟲赤眼蜂成蜂的學(xué)習(xí)能力較強(qiáng),其羽化后學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)歷可明顯增強(qiáng)其對(duì)灰白蠶蛾卵表和卵液的揮發(fā)性物質(zhì)的趨性
