6、pulationofWuyunjing7.Themutantwascharacterizedbynarrowleavesandsmallerarchitecturephenotypeattheseedlingstage,anddwarf,narrowleaves,deformedflowersandmalesterilityatthereproductionstage.CytoGanatomicalanalysisindicatedthatthemutanthadfewerlargeandsmallveinscomp
7、aredwiththewildGtype,whichmayaccountforthenarrowleafphenotype.Thegeneticanalysisindicatedthenarrowleaftraitwascontrolledbyarecessivenucleargene.UsingF2populationderivedfromthecrossofnal10andTaizhongbendi1,threecloselylinkedSSRmarkersRM1287,RM562andRM5638onchrom
