1、6橋梁建設(shè)2010年第6期文章編號(hào):1003~4722(2010)06—0006—03武漢天興洲公鐵兩用長(zhǎng)江大橋滑板式鉸軸支座技術(shù)胡海波,熊勁松(1.中鐵大橋局武漢天興洲長(zhǎng)江大橋工程指揮部,湖北武漢430080;2.新筑路橋機(jī)械股份有限公司,四川成都611400)摘要:針對(duì)武漢天興洲公鐵兩用長(zhǎng)江大橋特殊的結(jié)構(gòu)形式和受力特點(diǎn),該橋鋼桁梁支座采用特制的TXZ系列滑板式鉸軸支座,綜述該類型支座的結(jié)構(gòu)形式、技術(shù)性能、工作原理和技術(shù)特點(diǎn)。該類型支座由上擺、鉸軸、下擺、摩擦副、底座及錨固裝置6部分組成,承擔(dān)從鋼桁梁到橋墩的荷載傳遞作用,能滿足橋梁自重及活載引起的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)及溫度、列車(chē)制動(dòng)等
