3、ggedbehindalottheengineeringpractice．ManyproblemssuchasthedifferencebetweenVacuumpreloadingandsurchargepreloading，thefeasibilityofsoftclay謝thconfinedwaterbyvacuumpreloading．theruleofundergroundwaterduringvacuumpreloading，thestabibilityofvacuum—surcharg
4、epreloading,theenvironmenteffectofvacuumpreloading．itscontrolmethodandctcstillexist．Thisstatushaslimitedthemoreandmoreapplicationanddevelopmentofthesetwomethods，whichlargelyprovokesmorebothacademicandengineeringresearchersathomeandabroad．Basedontheform
5、erresearchers’achievement．thisdissertationfocusedonthemechanismandtheoryofvacuumpreloadingandvacuum-surchargepreloadingthroughlaboratorytest．fieldexperimentandtheoreticalstudy．nemainaspectsofthisdissertationwerestudiedasfollows：1．BasedontheimprovedRowe
