2、井儲(chǔ)層特征、并身結(jié)構(gòu)和井眼軌道剖面特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,認(rèn)為該并存在水平段長(zhǎng)、摩阻扭矩大、井眼尺寸小、循環(huán)壓耗高和水平段井身質(zhì)量要求嚴(yán)格等鉆井難點(diǎn),從實(shí)鉆井眼軌跡優(yōu)化、實(shí)時(shí)摩阻扭矩計(jì)算、底部鉆具組合優(yōu)選、鉆井液技術(shù)、地質(zhì)導(dǎo)向技術(shù)和井眼修復(fù)等方面,對(duì)該井采用的技術(shù)措施進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹。該并實(shí)鉆水平段長(zhǎng)1230.00m,創(chuàng)造了勝利油田小井眼水平井水平段最長(zhǎng)紀(jì)錄,平均井徑擴(kuò)大率4。62%,儲(chǔ)層鉆遏率100,井眼軌跡光滑,有效地保證了該井12段分段壓裂的成功實(shí)施,投產(chǎn)后穩(wěn)產(chǎn)2O~30t/d,為勝利油田低滲區(qū)塊的高效開發(fā)提供了寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)。關(guān)鍵詞:小眼井水平井低
