2、,利用MADYMO軟件建立了乘員約束系統(tǒng)的仿真模型,并通過試驗驗證。接著確定以加權(quán)傷害準(zhǔn)則為目標(biāo),安全帶剛度、安全帶上掛點位置和限力器的撕裂力與撕裂伸長等為設(shè)計變量,座椅和膝蓋擋板的剛度為不確定量,并基于區(qū)間數(shù)規(guī)劃法將不確定優(yōu)化問題轉(zhuǎn)化為確定性優(yōu)化問題。通過拉丁超立方試驗設(shè)計,建立目標(biāo)函數(shù)和約束函數(shù)的近似模型,再利用序列二次規(guī)劃算法和遺傳算法分別作為內(nèi)外層的求解器進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。最終,獲得乘員約束系統(tǒng)參數(shù)的近似最優(yōu)解。關(guān)鍵詞:乘員約束系統(tǒng);拉丁超立方試驗設(shè)計;近似模型;區(qū)間數(shù)規(guī)劃;不確定優(yōu)化TheUncertain
