1、胎兒生長受限與瘦素、胰島素樣生長因子.Ⅰ水平的相關(guān)性【關(guān)鍵詞】臍靜脈［摘要］目的研究胎兒生長受限（FGR）與瘦素、胰島素樣生長因子.Ⅰ（IGF.Ⅰ）的關(guān)系，探討臍血瘦素、IGF.Ⅰ的臨床檢測價(jià)值。方法采用放射免疫法檢測40例正常孕婦（對(duì)照組）和24例FGR孕婦（FGR組）的血清與臍血（臍A和臍V）中瘦素和IGF.Ⅰ水平，并對(duì)其結(jié)果進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果（1）FGR組血清瘦素及IGF.Ⅰ水平與對(duì)照組比較，差異無顯著性（P>0.05）;（2）FGR組臍血瘦素和IGF.Ⅰ水平均明顯低于對(duì)照組（P<0.01，P<0.05）。（3）兩組孕婦血清瘦素和IGF.Ⅰ水平與臍血瘦素和IGF.Ⅰ水平無相關(guān)性（
2、r=0.129，r=-0.059，均P>0.05）;臍血瘦素水平與新生兒出生體重呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系（r=0.600，P<0.05），與胎盤重量亦呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系（r=0.44，P<0.05）;臍血IGF.Ⅰ水平與新生兒出生體重呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系（r=0.469，P<0.05），與胎盤重量無相關(guān)關(guān)系（r=0.30，P>0.05）。（4）臍A瘦素和IGF.Ⅰ水平與相應(yīng)臍V瘦素和IGF.Ⅰ水平差異無顯著性（P>0.05）。（5）臍血瘦素與IGF.Ⅰ水平無相關(guān)關(guān)系（r=0.397，P>0.05）。結(jié)論臍血瘦素和IGF.Ⅰ水平與胎兒生長發(fā)育狀態(tài)密切相關(guān);臍血瘦素或IGF.Ⅰ水平降低可能是FGR發(fā)生的原因之一;瘦素
