2、增加鉀肥用量,提高了ADPG焦磷酸化酶、淀粉合成酶活性,使ADPG焦磷酸化酶活性峰值出現(xiàn)日期提前。施鉀肥能顯著提高春玉米產(chǎn)量,四單19在施鉀肥100%kg/hm2時產(chǎn)量最高;豐禾10在施鉀肥150%kg/hm2時產(chǎn)量最高。淀粉合成酶活性與產(chǎn)量的相關(guān)性分析表明,在玉米吐絲后的21~35%d,ADPG焦磷酸化酶活性與產(chǎn)量呈顯著正相關(guān);在吐絲后42%d,可溶性淀粉合成酶(SSS)活性與產(chǎn)量呈極顯著正相關(guān);在吐絲后14~28%d,束縛態(tài)淀粉合成酶(GBSS)活性與產(chǎn)量呈顯著正相關(guān)。關(guān)鍵詞:玉米;鉀素用量;淀

8、lation%to%yield.%%%%Keywords:%Maize;%Potassium%application;%Enzyme%of%starch%synthesis[1~4]鉀是植物體內(nèi)許多酶的激活劑,參與植物體內(nèi)道,但鉀素對玉米淀粉合成關(guān)鍵酶活性的影響目許多代謝過程。淀粉合成酶是控制葡萄糖進入長鏈前報道很少。本試驗結(jié)合黑龍江省的土壤肥力狀況,淀粉分子中的連接速率的關(guān)鍵酶,其活化需要鉀。子以當(dāng)?shù)卮竺娣e推廣種植的玉米品種為試驗材料,探粒淀粉的生物合成是在ADPG
