2、Wil1d)Borkh.)、新疆野蘋果(膨sievesii(Ledeb.)Roemer)、東北山荊子(baccafaBorkh.)等5種蘋果砧木土壤根際微生物數(shù)量、土壤酶活性及其相關(guān)性進(jìn)行研究?!窘Y(jié)果】不同蘋果砧木土壤根際微生物各生理類群數(shù)量差異顯著,并且都以細(xì)菌占絕對優(yōu)勢,放線菌次之,真菌最少。土壤微生物多樣性指數(shù)的變化趨勢與土壤微生物數(shù)量的變化趨勢不一致。不同蘋果砧木土壤根際蔗糖酶、磷酸酶、脲酶和過氧化氫酶活性各異。皮爾遜相關(guān)分析得知,土壤微生物數(shù)量與土壤酶活性之間存在相關(guān)關(guān)系?!窘Y(jié)論】選擇合適的蘋果砧木,有利于土壤微生物數(shù)量和酶活性的提高,從而為蘋果樹生長創(chuàng)造良好的微生態(tài)環(huán)境。
