3、rresearch,wehavedevelopedamonolithicinkjetprintheadformasklesslithographybasedonsiliconmicro-machiningtechnology.Thisprintheadiscomposedofalargearrayofthermalbubbleinkjetdevicesfabricatedonasinglesiliconwafer.Ahigh-resolutionvideoimagingsystemhasreco
4、rdedstablegenerationofwaterdropletsdownto3.5μm.Aupatternsassmallas8μmhavebeenformedonsiliconsubstratesbyprintingwithsuspensionsofAunano-particles.Smallerdropletdimensionsextendingtothenano-scaleissupportedbytheoreticalanalysis.Thisprintheadtechnology

6、ionofelectronicandmechanicalstructuresistypicallyatime-consumingandexpensiveprocessbecauseofthecomplicatedopticallithographysystem.Fabricatingprocesspatternsusingsmallfluidicdropletsgeneratedfrom1,2Drop-On-Demand(DOD)inkjetdevices,similartocommercial
