1、畢業(yè)論文（設計）學生手冊天津財經(jīng)大學珠江學院教務部制企業(yè)集團資金管理問題及對策研究[摘要]隨著社會經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展，經(jīng)濟全球化的不斷深入，企業(yè)集團作為適應社會生產(chǎn)力和市場經(jīng)濟發(fā)展要求而產(chǎn)生的一種企業(yè)組織形式，在現(xiàn)代市場經(jīng)濟中占據(jù)著舉足輕重的地位。資金又是企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的重要基礎，被視為企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營的血液，一直受到企業(yè)的高度重視。企業(yè)管理以財務管理為中心，財務管理以資金管理為中心。資金管理作為企業(yè)集團管理的最核心內(nèi)容已經(jīng)在業(yè)界形成廣泛共識。由于企業(yè)集團對資金的管控能力不強，監(jiān)督不力，以及信息化技術落后等相關問題的存在導致企業(yè)集團資金散亂，使
2、用效率低下，本位主義嚴重，財務信息失真失效。本文在企業(yè)集團資金管理問題及對策研究上從四個部分進行闡述。第一部分是對企業(yè)集團資金管理進行概述，介紹了企業(yè)集團的含義，企業(yè)集團資金管理的特征，以及企業(yè)集團資金管理的作用。第二部分就對企業(yè)集團資金管理方面存在的問題進行列舉。第三部分是根據(jù)存在的問題，找出問題存在的原因，主要原因有三方面。第一是企業(yè)集團公司治理結(jié)構(gòu)不合理，第二是企業(yè)集團資金管理制度不完善，第三是企業(yè)集團信息化技術落后。本文的最后部分就是分析完企業(yè)集團資金管理存在的問題后，提出相應的對策。[關鍵詞]企業(yè)集團資金管理對策Abstrac
