1、中國環(huán)境科學(xué)2012,32(4):666~673ChinaEnvironmentalScience外源硫酸鹽對武漢南湖表層沉積物磷形態(tài)的作用1,21*111袁探,華玉妹,朱端衛(wèi),丁敏,蔡建波(1.華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)資源與環(huán)境學(xué)院,湖北武漢430070;2.德州市環(huán)境保護監(jiān)測中心站,山東德州253034)摘要:采用室內(nèi)模擬實驗,選取武漢市南湖表層沉積物及相應(yīng)上覆水,研究了硫酸鹽的輸入對沉積物磷形態(tài)的影響.結(jié)果表明,硫酸鹽輸入水體后提高了沉積物磷的遷移活性,導(dǎo)致上覆水中總磷(TP)、溶解性正磷酸鹽(SRP)含量升高,上升幅度隨硫酸鹽輸入量的增加而增加.硫酸鹽擴散到沉積物后,先是生成酸
2、可揮發(fā)性硫(AVS),進而轉(zhuǎn)變成鉻還原硫.硫酸鹽輸入提高了沉積物pH值,而使Eh降低.沉積物不同磷形態(tài)對外源硫酸鹽的響應(yīng)有所差異,二鈣磷(Ca2-P)含量隨輸入硫酸鹽濃度的增加而增加,含量最高的鐵磷(Fe-P)為800mg/kg左右,占總磷的51.4%~56.6%,受硫酸鹽的影響極顯著(P<0.01),在沉積物中含量降低而向上覆水中釋放.上覆水中溶解性鐵和TP、SRP均呈顯著正相關(guān).硫酸鹽對沉積物中閉蓄態(tài)鐵磷(O-Fe-P)也產(chǎn)生顯著影響(P<0.05),總體而言是促進其釋放.關(guān)鍵詞:沉積物;硫酸鹽還原;酸可揮發(fā)性硫(AVS);鉻還原硫;磷形態(tài)分級中圖分類號:X524文獻標
