1、第13卷第8期遼寧中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)Vol.13No.82011年8月JOURNALOFLIAONINGUNIVERSITYOFTCMAug.，2011張景岳對命門學(xué)說的貢獻(xiàn)徐小玉，葉新苗（浙江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)，浙江杭州310053）摘要：命門學(xué)說，源于《難經(jīng)》。張景岳批判地繼承了《難經(jīng)》中的命門學(xué)說，對命門的發(fā)揮有其獨(dú)到之處。其認(rèn)為，命門的位置在“子宮”及“子宮之門戶”，位于兩腎之間，“命門與腎，本同一氣”。命門的實(shí)質(zhì)為人身之太極，是人體生命的本原。其生理功能有二：命門為精血之海，水火之宅，寓有元陰元陽，為五臟六腑之本；命
2、門系人身之門戶。病理上多表現(xiàn)為真陰虛損、命門火衰。治療上注重補(bǔ)水補(bǔ)火，倡導(dǎo)“陰中求陽”、“陽中求陰”、“精中生氣”、“氣中生精”。創(chuàng)制了左歸丸、左歸飲、右歸丸、右歸飲等系列命門病主方。景岳極大的推動(dòng)了命門學(xué)說的發(fā)展，為其溫補(bǔ)學(xué)說奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)，豐富和完善祖國醫(yī)學(xué)的陰陽學(xué)說、臟腑理論。關(guān)鍵詞：張景岳；命門學(xué)說中圖分類號：R223.1文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：A文章編號：1673-842X(2011)08-0086-03ContributionofZHANGJing-yuetotheTheoryofMingmenXUXiao-yu，

6、mphasizedondeficiencyofgenuineyinanddebilitationofthefireinmingmen.Correspondingly,heattachedimportancetothemethodofsupplementingthewaterandfireintreatment.Moreover,headvocatedtheideaofmutualengenderingofyinandyang,andsuggestedmethodsas“seekingyangwithinyin”，“
7、seekingyinwithinyang”，“supplementqjwithintheessence”，and“nourishingtheessencewithinqi”.FormulaelikeZuoguiWan,ZuoguiYin,YouguiWanandYouguiYinweremainlydesignedfordiseaseofmingmen.Inconclusion,Jing-yuegreatlypromotedthedevelopmentofthetheoryofmingmen,whichconseq
