1、培訓(xùn)體系論文:SD公司員工培訓(xùn)體系的研究【中文摘要】人,已被認(rèn)為是企業(yè)最重要的資源。而優(yōu)質(zhì)人力更是構(gòu)筑企業(yè)共同利益平臺(tái)、強(qiáng)化核心能力及創(chuàng)造競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的基石。未來(lái)的時(shí)代將是人力資源的時(shí)代,技術(shù)、全球化、利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)、顧客需求等所引起的不斷加快的變化的步伐,把員工的能力和組織的能力放在舞臺(tái)的中心。提高員工素質(zhì),提升員工績(jī)效,有效實(shí)施人力資源開(kāi)發(fā),已是企業(yè)獲取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)、保持核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵。設(shè)計(jì)且實(shí)施配套的企業(yè)人力資源培訓(xùn)體系,已經(jīng)成為人力資源管理中的一個(gè)重要課題。因此,本文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外培訓(xùn)相關(guān)理論總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,從培訓(xùn)體系的制度化、規(guī)范化以及培訓(xùn)組織、流程、內(nèi)
2、容入手,對(duì)企業(yè)培訓(xùn)體系的完善、執(zhí)行、跟蹤、評(píng)價(jià)、創(chuàng)新等進(jìn)行探討,歸納出培訓(xùn)體系再設(shè)計(jì)的理論基礎(chǔ)。并同時(shí)從企業(yè)實(shí)際出發(fā),以SD公司為例,針對(duì)SD公司原人力資源培訓(xùn)中存在的主要問(wèn)題,結(jié)合公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀,運(yùn)用相關(guān)培訓(xùn)理論知識(shí)、技術(shù)和方法,從培訓(xùn)的組織體系的構(gòu)建、流程體系的改進(jìn)、課程體系的創(chuàng)新三個(gè)重點(diǎn)環(huán)節(jié)來(lái)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),并提出與之配套的培訓(xùn)體系外部條件的完善方案。希望通過(guò)新培訓(xùn)體系的實(shí)施,對(duì)公司的良性發(fā)展提供堅(jiān)實(shí)的支撐。同時(shí)也希望新培訓(xùn)體系的設(shè)計(jì)能為同行業(yè)科技企業(yè)提供借鑒?!居⑽恼縋eoplearethemostimportantresourc
