2、作為單變量,分析棉花葉片葉綠素含量與這些變量之間的相關(guān)性;在相關(guān)分析的基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建棉花葉片葉綠素含量估算模型。結(jié)果表明,葉綠素a、b和a+b含量與單變量參數(shù)之間的相關(guān)性均未達(dá)顯著水平;而與原始光譜、導(dǎo)數(shù)光譜都存在顯著相關(guān)性。對葉綠素a含量而言,基于440nm處的一階導(dǎo)數(shù)光譜應(yīng)用指數(shù)函數(shù)和冪函數(shù)構(gòu)建的估算模型精度最高,為0.231。對葉綠素b含量而言,基于652nnl處的一階導(dǎo)數(shù)光譜應(yīng)用一元線性回歸法構(gòu)建的高光譜估算模型精度最高,為0.165。對葉綠素a+b含量而言,基于440nm處的一階導(dǎo)數(shù)光譜應(yīng)用指數(shù)函數(shù)、復(fù)合函數(shù)和生長函數(shù)構(gòu)建的估算模型精度高,為0.155。該研究為進(jìn)一步加
