2、4h;400mg/LAGEs和22mmol/L葡萄糖聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)24h。RT2PCR方法及流式細(xì)胞儀檢測MIP21αmRNA及蛋白的表達(dá)。結(jié)果:對照組平滑肌細(xì)胞內(nèi)MIP21α呈弱表達(dá);100,200,400mg/LAGEs培養(yǎng)平滑肌細(xì)胞24h及22mmol/L葡萄糖和400mg/LAGEs聯(lián)合孵育24h后顯著增高M(jìn)IP21αmRNA的表達(dá),其電泳條帶相對積分吸光度值分別為對照組的1.36,1.75,2.45及2.76倍(P<0.05);各組平滑肌細(xì)胞MIP21α蛋白的平均熒光強(qiáng)度分別為對照組的1.24,1.63,2.37及2
