3、iltratesagainstMeloidogyneincognitainstarlarvae(J2).Knockdownrateswere95%and97%,respectively.Thesetwobacterialstrainsalsopromotedrootgrowthandreducedthenumberofrootknots.Throughmorphologicalandmolecularcharacterizations,theisolatedantagonisticstrainsZ-5-54

6、.Long-termuseofchemicalpesticidesagainsttheroot-knotnematodesbroughtaseriesofsideeffectssuchasdamagetotheecologicalbalance,pollutiontowaterandsoilandtheriseindrugresistance(Mankau.R.1980).Developmentofbiologicalnematodepesticidesshouldbeanimportantdirectio
7、n.Bio-pesticidesnotonlydecreaseharmtotheenvironment,butalsocontributetoenvironmentalconservation.Manyplanthealth-promotingrhizobacteria(PHPR)whichmayproducenematicidesubstanceorchangetherelationshipbetweenrootexcretionandnematodestocontrolnematodeshavebeen
