6、···················6附件:山東理工大學(xué)社會實踐活動進(jìn)度表留守兒童問題是一個突出的社會問題。隨著中國社會政治經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,越來越多的青壯年農(nóng)民走入城市,在廣大農(nóng)村也隨之產(chǎn)生了一個特殊的未成年人群體——農(nóng)村留守兒童。留守的少年兒童正處于成長發(fā)育的關(guān)鍵時期,他們無法享受到父母在思想認(rèn)識及價值觀念上的引導(dǎo)和幫助,成長中缺少了父母情感上的關(guān)心和呵護(hù),極易產(chǎn)生認(rèn)識、價值上的偏離和個性、心理發(fā)展的異常的異常,一些人甚至?xí)虼硕呱戏缸锏缆贰8鶕?jù)權(quán)威調(diào)查,中國農(nóng)村“留守兒童”數(shù)量超過了5800萬人。57.2%的留守兒童是父母一方外出,
7、42.8%的留守兒童是父母同時外出。留守兒童中的79.7%由爺爺、奶奶或外公、外婆撫養(yǎng),13%的孩子被托付給親戚、朋友,7.3%為不確定或無人監(jiān)護(hù)。留守兒童多由祖輩照顧,父母監(jiān)護(hù)教育角色的缺失,對留守兒童的全面健康成長造成不良影響,“隔代教育”問題在“留守兒童”群體中最為突出。據(jù)調(diào)查顯示,父母外出打工后,與自己的孩子聚少離多,溝通少,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)達(dá)不到其作為監(jiān)護(hù)人的角色要求,而隔代教育又有諸多不盡如人意處,給這些可憐的孩子留下了一生的遺憾,有的甚至走向犯罪的道路。根據(jù)最新數(shù)據(jù)顯示,留守兒童心理問題檢出率高達(dá)57.14%。留守兒童問題是我國現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程
