7、long-termnumericalintegrationschemes.Arecentlydevelopednon-deterministiccelldynamicalsystemmodelforatmosphericflows(MarySelvam,1990;MarySelvamet.al.,1996)predictstheobservedself-organizedcriticalityasintrinsictoquantumlikemechanicsgoverningflowdynami
8、cs.Further,thefractalspace-timestructuretothestringlikeatmosphericflowtrajectoryisresolvedintoacontinuumofeddies.TheeddycirculationsobeyKepler’sthirdlawofplanetarymotionandthereforeeddyinertialmassesobeyNewton’sinversesquarelawofgravitationonallscale
