1、摘要低頻經(jīng)顱磁刺激對(duì)大鼠影響的腦電分析摘要經(jīng)顱磁刺激(Transcranialmagneticstimulation,TMS)作為一種無創(chuàng)、無痛的刺激方式,在診斷和治療方面有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。目前在癲癇治療方面,使用低頻經(jīng)顱磁刺激(low-frequencyrTMS)進(jìn)行輔助治療的研究比較多,但是其治療原理還在研究之中。腦電分析是電生理研究的一項(xiàng)重要手段,近期研究表明腦電信號(hào)具有一定的混沌特性。鑒于低頻rTMS研究的重要性,以及低頻rTMS前后腦電研究的不足,本文從腦電的非線性動(dòng)力學(xué)和功率譜方面分析了低頻rTMS對(duì)大鼠大腦的影響。本文首先研究了低頻rTMS對(duì)正常大鼠腦電的影響,使用
2、了100個(gè)頻率為0.5Hz的閾上經(jīng)顱磁刺激,采集刺激前后大鼠的腦電信號(hào)進(jìn)行分析,同時(shí)還進(jìn)行了對(duì)照組實(shí)驗(yàn)。分析結(jié)果表明,rTMS刺激后大鼠腦電相關(guān)維數(shù)和功率譜的高頻部分,比刺激前降低,并具有顯著性意義,而對(duì)照組沒有此結(jié)果。該結(jié)果表明低頻rTMS對(duì)大腦活動(dòng)有一定抑制作用。本文還研究了500個(gè)0.5Hz的rTMS對(duì)誘發(fā)癲癇的大鼠的作用。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,低頻rTMS有降低大鼠癲癇發(fā)作級(jí)別的趨勢(shì)。同時(shí)本文還得到了大鼠癲癇發(fā)作各個(gè)典型階段的腦電波形,并分析了腦電相關(guān)維數(shù)在發(fā)作過程中的變化規(guī)律。最后,本文討論了TMS運(yùn)動(dòng)誘發(fā)電位在研究大鼠脊髓損傷方面的應(yīng)用。結(jié)果表明,TMS運(yùn)動(dòng)誘發(fā)電位的潛伏期可

6、of100,0.5HzrTMSwasappliedoneachrat,withtheintensityabovemotorthreshold,whileshamstimulationswereconductedonratsofcontrolgroup.EEGbeforeandafterstimulationwerecollectedandanalyzed.TheresultsshowedthatcorrelationdimensionandhigherfrequencypartsweredecreasedsignificantlyafterrTMS,whileshamstimul
