2、養(yǎng)的試蟲,羽化后第5天體質(zhì)量開始增加;其余3種樹種飼養(yǎng)的試蟲,至第7天體質(zhì)量才開始增加。取食馬尾松的松墨天牛雌、雄成蟲,其相對取食量、相對代謝率和食物利用率均高于取食其他4種寄主植物的試蟲;取食馬尾松的松墨天牛雌、雄成蟲體內(nèi)酯酶和羧酸酯酶的活性也顯著高于取食其他寄主的試蟲;試驗結(jié)果表明:馬尾松是松墨天牛補充營養(yǎng)期的最適寄主。關(guān)鍵詞:松墨天牛;寄主植物;營養(yǎng)效應;酯酶;羧酸酯酶中圖分類號:Q965文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1001-7488(2009)01-0097-05EffectsofPlantHostsontheNutrientIndicesandActivityoftheEsterase

5、reweresignificantdifferencesinthenutrientstatus,andactivityoftheesteraseandcarboxylesteraseoftheinsectfedwiththefivedifferentplants.TheinsectsfedwithP.massonianaorC.deodaragainedbodymassfromthefifthdayaftereclosion,andothersfedwiththeotherthreeplantsgainmassfromtheseventhday.Therelativeconsumptionr
