2、皮膚圖像分析系統(tǒng)、皮膚組織學(xué)及特殊染色方法,對接受中波紫外線照射20周的無毛鼠進(jìn)行皮膚紋理、表皮、真皮、基底膜、粘多糖、膠原纖維、彈性纖維進(jìn)行對比觀察。結(jié)果:無毛鼠經(jīng)UVB照射20周、總計量25.9J/cm,皮膚出現(xiàn)粗糙,皮紋加深、加寬。皮膚增厚,表皮增生、伴有角化過度及角化不全。真皮水腫,纖維母細(xì)胞增生,彌漫性單核細(xì)胞、肥大細(xì)胞、嗜中性白細(xì)胞侵潤?;啄げ灰?guī)則增厚。膠原含量減少,染色變淺,膠原纖維明顯變性,均質(zhì)化,形成片、塊狀,變性的膠原纖維延伸至真皮深層。彈性纖維增多變粗,部分增生的彈性纖維聚集、斷裂、纏結(jié)。結(jié)論:中波紫外線引起的皮膚損害是一個慢性炎癥過程。真皮及真皮基質(zhì)的改變是紫外線引
