1、河南城建學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計設(shè)計說明畢業(yè)設(shè)計題目：8萬噸/年粗苯精制工藝設(shè)計系別：化學(xué)與化學(xué)工程系專業(yè)：化學(xué)工程與工藝姓名：學(xué)號：指導(dǎo)教師：III河南城建學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計設(shè)計說明設(shè)計說明此設(shè)計的任務(wù)是處理量為8萬噸/年的粗苯精制工藝設(shè)計，它采用了粗苯低溫加氫工藝流程，選用了連續(xù)精餾篩板塔的化工設(shè)備。原料粗苯經(jīng)過兩苯塔實現(xiàn)輕重組分分離，其中塔釜重質(zhì)苯做為產(chǎn)品回收，塔頂輕苯在加氫反應(yīng)器中進(jìn)行加氫反應(yīng)后進(jìn)入脫輕塔脫除硫化氫，氨氣等低沸物，然后依次進(jìn)入預(yù)精餾塔萃取精餾塔純苯塔和二甲苯塔，最終得到純凈合格苯、甲苯的產(chǎn)品。為達(dá)到設(shè)計要求，此設(shè)計通過物料衡算、熱量衡算、塔的工藝尺寸計算、塔板
2、負(fù)荷性能驗算及附屬設(shè)備計算，得到符合要求的一系列工藝流程參數(shù)，包括進(jìn)料量F=106.055Kmol/h,塔頂液體流量D=90.945Kmol/h,塔底釜液流量W=15.11Kmol/h，塔徑D=1.6m,塔高h(yuǎn)=24.45m,板間距，精餾段實際塔板數(shù)，提餾段塔板數(shù)，設(shè)置7個人孔，出塔頂塔底人孔外其他人孔處的板間距為H=0.7m,進(jìn)料處板間距H=1m等。根據(jù)這一系列工藝流程參數(shù)繪制工藝流程圖、物料衡算圖及主設(shè)備圖。關(guān)鍵詞：低溫加氫精制、連續(xù)精餾篩板塔、兩苯塔、苯、甲苯III河南城建學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計設(shè)計說明DesignelucidationThisdesigntaskispro
